문별 (Moon Byul)을 아끼고 응원해 주시는 팬 여러분께 항상 깊이 감사드립니다.
아티스트와 팬 여러분 모두가 서로를 존중하며 안전하게 함께할 수 있도록, 아래 안내 사항을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 사옥 및 연습실, 비공개 스케줄 방문 금지
- 공식 스케줄을 제외한 비공개 일정 및 사옥과 연습실을 포함한 아티스트의 사적인 공간에 방문하거나 대기하는 행위는 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
- 공식 스케줄은 문별 (Moon Byul) 비스테이지 홈페이지 내 [스케줄] 메뉴를 통해 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 팬클럽 참여가 가능한 일정의 경우, 비스테이지 홈페이지 및 X(구 트위터)를 통해 별도 안내드리고 있으니 참고 부탁드립니다.
- 공연장, 행사장 내 비표를 불법으로 복사, 제작, 취득하여 대기실 등으로 접근하는 행위는 불가합니다.
2. 개인정보 판매 및 구매 금지
- 아티스트의 주민등록번호, 전화번호, 주소, 아이디 등 개인정보 및 항공편·좌석 등의 항공 정보를 거래하는 행위는 명백한 범죄에 해당합니다. 개인 정보를 취득하여 아티스트 및 아티스트의 가족, 지인에게 피해가 가지 않도록 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 행사 및 공식 스케줄 출·퇴근 관련 안내
- 아티스트 차량에 밀착하거나 무리하게 접근하여 쫓아다니는 행위 및 스태프, 차량 진로를 방해하는 행위는 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
- 창문, 문틈 사이로 물건을 던지거나 집어넣는 행위, 차량이 움직이는 공간에서 무리한 촬영 및 대화를 시도하는 행위는 모두의 안전을 위해 자제 부탁드립니다.
4. 공항 출·입국 관련 안내
- 공항은 다수의 이용객이 함께 사용하는 공공장소이므로 소리를 지르거나 무리하게 따라가는 행위, 무분별한 촬영, 과도한 신체 접촉 및 물건을 전달하는 행위는 삼가주시기 바랍니다.
- 사고 예방을 위해 안전거리를 반드시 지켜 주시고 현장 담당자의 안내를 따르지 않거나 업무를 방해하고 협조 요청에 응하지 않을 경우 제재가 있을 수 있음을 알려드립니다.
- 모두의 안전을 위해 공항 내 질서와 에티켓을 준수하여 아티스트를 포함한 모든 이용객에게 불편을 드리는 사례가 발생하지 않도록 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
5. 기타 부적절한 행위 금지
- 팬 활동을 위한 불법 양도 및 도용은 금지됩니다. 적발될 경우, 공식 스케줄 현장에 참여가 불가능합니다.
- 아티스트에게 신체적, 정신적으로 위협을 가하는 행위, 과도한 소음 및 개인 멘트는 금지되며, 아티스트를 포함한 스태프에게 폭언 또는 신체적 위협은 엄격히 금지합니다.
팬클럽 에티켓을 위반했을 경우 공식 스케줄 활동(공개방송, 이벤트, 팬사인회 등), 서포트, 콘서트 등 모든 팬 활동에 사전 안내 없이 입장이 제한되거나 참여가 불가할 수 있습니다.
게재된 공지 외에도 기타 부적절한 행위 모두 팬 에티켓 위반 사례로 간주하며, 현장 담당자가 본인 확인을 요구할 수 있습니다.
위반 적발 과정이나 스태프의 조치에 따르지 않아 발생하는 일에 대해서는 책임지지 않으며, 위 내용은 추가 혹은 변경될 수 있으니 수시로 참고 부탁드립니다.

Moon Byul Fan Etiquette Guidelines (26.03.04 ver.)
Hello, this is RBW.
We would like to sincerely thank all the fans who always love and support Moon Byul.
To ensure that both the artist and fans can respect one another and participate together safely, please carefully review the guidelines below.
1. Prohibition of Visits to Company Building, Practice Rooms, and Private Schedules
- Please refrain from visiting or waiting at private schedules not officially announced, as well as at the company building, practice rooms, or any other private spaces of the artist.
- Official schedules can be found on the [Schedule] menu on the Moon Byul official website. For schedules that allow fan club participation, separate notices will be provided via the official website and X (formerly Twitter).
- Unauthorized copying, production, or acquisition of access passes to enter venues or backstage areas including waiting rooms is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibition of Selling or Purchasing Personal Information
- Trading the artist’s personal information, such as resident registration number, phone number, address, ID, as well as flight and seat information, constitutes a criminal offense. Please be advised that handling such personal information may cause harm to the artist, the artist’s family, and associates.
3. Guidelines Regarding Arrival and Departure at Events and Official Schedules
- Please refrain from closely approaching or following the artist’s vehicle, as well as blocking staff or the vehicle’s path.
- Please refrain from throwing or inserting objects through windows or door gaps, and from attempting excessive filming or conversations in areas where vehicles are moving, for the safety of all.
4. Airport Arrival and Departure Guidelines
- As airports are public spaces shared by many individuals, please refrain from disruptive behavior, including shouting, following the artist, indiscriminate filming, physical contact, or attempting to hand over items.
- For safety reasons, please maintain a safe distance at all times. Failure to comply with the instructions of on-site staff, interference with operations, or refusal to cooperate may result in restrictions.
- For the safety of all, please observe order and proper etiquette within the airport to prevent inconvenience to the artist and all passengers.
5. Other Inappropriate Conduct
- Illegal transfer or misuse related to fan activities are prohibited. If found, participation in official schedules will not be permitted.
- Any behavior that may pose physical or psychological harm to the artist, including excessive noise, personal remarks. Verbal abuse, or physical threats toward the artist or staff is strictly prohibited.
If you violate the fan club etiquette guidelines, you may be restricted from entering or participating in all official fan activities (including broadcasts, events, fan signings) as well as support activities and concerts, without prior notice.
In addition to the guidelines provided, any other inappropriate conduct will be regarded as a violation of fan etiquette. On-site staff may request identity verification if necessary.
We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to comply with the violation review process or staff instructions. These guidelines may be subject to change or addition, so please check for updates periodically.

为确保艺人与粉丝之间能够相互尊重，并在安全的环境下共同参与各项活动，请务必仔细阅读以下守则。
1. 禁止前往公司大楼、练习室及私人行程
- 请勿前往或在未公开的私人行程地点等候，以及公司大楼、练习室或艺人其他私人空间。
- 官方行程可通过Moon Byul 官方b.stage网站的【Schedule】栏目确认。允许粉丝俱乐部参与的行程，将另行通过官方网站及 X（原 Twitter）发布公告。
- 严禁擅自复制、制作或获取用于进入活动场地或后台（包括待机室等）的出入证件。
2. 禁止买卖及获取个人信息
- 买卖艺人的个人信息（如身份证号码、电话号码、住址、证件信息，以及航班与座位信息等）属于违法行为。
- 请勿获取或传播相关个人信息，以免对艺人及其家属、相关人员造成损害。
3. 活动及官方行程出入场注意事项
- 请勿近距离靠近或追随艺人车辆，亦不得阻挡工作人员或车辆通行。
- 为保障安全，请勿向车窗或门缝投掷或塞入物品，亦不得在车辆移动区域进行过度拍摄或强行对话。
4. 机场出入境注意事项
- 机场为公共场所，请勿出现大声喧哗、追随艺人、无序拍摄、肢体接触或强行递交物品等扰乱秩序的行为。
- 为确保安全，请始终保持适当距离。如不遵从现场工作人员指示、妨碍运营或拒绝配合，可能会受到相应制裁。
- 请在机场内保持秩序与礼仪，避免对艺人及其他旅客造成不便。
5. 其他不当行为
- 严禁与粉丝活动相关的非法转让或不当使用行为。一经发现，将禁止参与官方行程。
- 严禁任何可能对艺人造成身体或心理伤害的行为，包括过度噪音、涉及个人的言论、辱骂或对艺人及工作人员的威胁行为。
如违反粉丝守则，可能在未另行通知的情况下，被限制参与所有官方粉丝活动（包括放送、活动、签售会）、应援活动及演唱会等。
除上述守则外，其他任何不当行为亦将视为违反粉丝礼仪。必要时，现场工作人员可能要求进行身份确认。
对于因未配合违规确认过程或未遵从工作人员指示而产生的后果，本公司概不负责。
本守则内容可能根据情况进行变更或补充，请定期确认最新公告。
